Care in the home for the elderly and disabled

The Caring Choice is a Sheffield-based home care provider. Although most of their business comes from referrals, often these are from social workers that have usually spent hours sifting through directories, struggling to find a reliable care provider.

The goal of this explainer video was to show the detailed process that The Caring Choice follows when setting up and implementing a care package for someone.

Designed to be watchable, fun and with the clear message that their care workers provide a friendly and professionally structured approach - to every single one of their clients.

As with all explainer videos, the groundwork starts with a detailed research and feedback loop between us and the client. In this case, it involved tight scriptwriting to ensure that the small (and often legal definitions) were clear throughout.

The client was very happy with the end result. They can share it with social workers to show them how easy they can make their job, and coming in at just over two minutes the final explainer video moves along at the right pace with a tight script and the final polish is the superb voiceover from one of our voiceover artists.

Detail is everything - and we even created the care worker based on a carer from the office who was a (willing) volunteer who enjoyed seeing her starring role.
